Boys scores

Derby 83, Junction City 60 — Derby’s Avant Riley scored 22 points, hitting three threes, Cale Clingan scored 21, and Tobin Snider shot 3 of 6 from three, finishing with 12 points. Snider also had four steals. Junction City’s Lovell Autrey scored 21, and Jackson Hollie and Jet Thompson had 10 apiece.

Kapaun 82, Newton 34 — Kapaun had a 49-12 lead at the break en route to the win.

Maize 53, Andover 41 — Maize had a two-point lead after three but outscored Andover 15-5 in the final period. Maize’s Brayden Myovela scored 13 and Ty Willits had 14. Andover’s Griffin Hand scored 13 and Drew Hutchinson had 11.

Wichita Collegiate 71, Circle 46 — AJ Batiste scored 21, Mason Bond made four threes and had 18 points, Kamari Jennings 13, Sebastian HInes-Turner 12 in Collegiate’s win.. Keenan Boldra scored 20 for Circle.

Wichita Heights 82, Andover Central 63 — Jalihn Timmons tied a school record by scoring 43 points in Heights’ win, scoring 36 in the second half. He hit four threes. Tyson Phillips had 22 points and 14 rebounds, and Ah’Jaylyn Walker scored 10. CJ Allen scored 19 with three threes, and Carter Inslee had 15 points.

Chapman 56, Abilene 40

Cheney 50, Andale 39 — Brooke Grimes scored 19 to lead Andale.

Conway Springs 44, Arkansas City 35 — Macie Hartman scored 15 points to lead Conway Springs. Gracie Phillips had 12 for Ark City.

Derby 80, Shawnee Heights 44 — Derby led 24-8 after the first quarter en route to its win. Macayla Askew had 22 points and Sarai Graham and Karlie Demel each had 11. KK Emmot scored 11 for Shawnee Heights.

Goddard 55, Augusta 42 — Presley Schmidt scored 29 to lead all scorers, and Audie Phillips had 11 in Goddard’s win.

Hutchinson 70, Wichita Northwest 30 — Hutchinson’s Tenley Keeton hit 8 of 12 from three and scored 29 points and had 10 steals. Danai Morgan scored 18 and had 10 rebounds, Aah’lice Jackson and Clara Ontjes each had six rebounds. Northwest’s Ta’Lyiah scored 10 points to lead Northwest, and Aubrey Loman had seven rebounds.

Maize 53, Circle 47 — Maize’s Heidi Williams scored 32 in the win.

Maize South 69, Kapaun 53 — Kaylee Brunton led Maize South with 19 and Jaela Thompson 17 in the win. Zoey Buckner-Franklin had a game-high 27 for Kapaun.

Manhattan 73, Andover Central 40 — Manhattan’s Delaney Johnson had 17 points, Jelena Depusoir 10 points, 12 rebounds. Evie Banks scored 15, hitting 3 of 4 from three, and Kat Ball had 12 points, five assists, three steals. Andover Central’s Kelsesy Barscewski had six rebounds, four steals, Payton Converse four assists.

Mulvane 62, Campus 44 — Halle Ensley and Brittani Peschel each scored 14 points for Mulvane, and Kaitlyn Paul scored 12. Campus was led by Emerleigh Cooper (13 points) and Emily Nedeau (10).

Olathe South 61, SM South 59 — Olathe South’s Eve Long scored 43 points, setting a McPherson tournament record previously held by Laurie Koehn. Long shot 16 of 20 from the field and 9 of 9 from the line. She had 12 rebounds, two threes.

St. James 48, Bishop Carroll 35

SM East 50, McPherson 47 — SM East held McPherson to six third-quarter points and then held on to win after giving up 21 in the fourth. SM East’s Fina Kessler scored 19 points and hit five threes and had five steals. Paige Stanfield had 10 points, eight rebounds. McPherson’s Brooke Doile scored 12 nad had 10 rebounds, and Rylie Whitfield made 4 of 7 from three, finishing with 19 points.

SM Northwest 55, Trinity 33

Wichita Collegiate 39, Rose Hill 35 — Collegiate’s Lucy Voloch scored 14 and Giana Shuart 11.

Wichita East 61, Little River 55 — Jada Davis scored 17 points, Miya Respress 14 in the win. Arika Feldman scored 19 to lead Little River.
