Simply Hygiene has announced the launch of its new Community Champions initiative, presented by Davis-Moore. The program recognizes high school student-athletes who are making a meaningful impact through volunteerism and community service across South Central Kansas.
The Simply Hygiene Community Champions initiative highlights student-athletes who demonstrate leadership off the field while supporting Simply Hygiene’s mission to provide essential hygiene products to individuals and families in need. As part of the program, Simply Hygiene will also introduce its “Be the Assist Off the Field” hygiene drive campaign, encouraging students, families, and community members to participate in local service efforts that promote hygiene access and dignity.
Student-athlete stories and campaign messaging will be delivered through VYPE Media’s print, digital, and social media platforms, expanding awareness while celebrating young leaders who are making a difference in their communities.
Simply Hygiene works to close the hygiene gap in South Central Kansas by providing essential items not covered by government assistance programs, including body wash, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, diapers, and toilet paper. The organization currently serves more than 225 schools and over 100 nonprofit organizations locally.
Megan Kice, Executive Director of Simply Hygiene, shared her appreciation for the partnership and initiative,“We are grateful for the support of VYPE Media, Davis-Moore, and our community. It is an honor to come alongside our neighbors with hygiene support that helps make their day a little easier.”
The Community Champions initiative is proudly presented by Davis-Moore, whose sponsorship helps recognize student-athletes who exemplify leadership through service while advancing Simply Hygiene’s mission.
Renee Encerti, Marketing Director for Davis-Moore, shared the company’s enthusiasm for the program. “Community involvement is one of Davis-Moore’s core values. We’re proud to support the Simply Hygiene Community Champions initiative and celebrate student-athletes who are making a positive impact in South Central Kansas while helping further Simply Hygiene’s important work.”
Mike Cooper, President of VYPE Media, emphasized the importance of the initiative’s focus on service, “At VYPE, we believe it’s just as important to recognize who student-athletes are off the field as it is to celebrate what they do on it. The Community Champions initiative allows us to tell powerful stories of service while supporting Simply Hygiene’s vital work in our communities.”
Through VYPE Media’s established high school sports audience, the Community Champions initiative is expected to generate strong engagement and visibility across editorial features, digital content, and social media.
