Tonight’s high school football playoff scores (Nov. 7)

Maize continued its unbeaten season with a 58-34 win over Wichita East. 

Senior quarterback Brayden Myovela led the way with five rushing touchdowns to add to his stellar season for the Eagles. 

Wichita Northwest moved to 9-1 after a win over Washburn Rural 52-28. 

Kapaun dominated in a 62-0 win, knocking off the defending state champion, Andover Central Jaguars. 

Andale beat Clay Center 51-6 while rushing for 433 yards. Sam Harp led the way with 189 rushing yards and three touchdowns. 

Salina Central is 9-1 after a 62-32 win over Goddard.

Wellington avenged its early season loss to Rose Hill with a 21-14 win. 

Sterling dominated once again with a 53-14 win over Marion to move to 10-0. 

Hoisington senior quarterback Mason Martin helped lead the Cardinals to yet another win, this time over Hillsboro 46-6 to stay unbeaten. 

SE-Saline beats Russell 44-12 to move on while remaining undefeated. 

Hutchinson Trinity Catholic won its first regional championship since 2018 by beating Republic County 43-14.

After being down 14-0 Moundridge bounced back to beat Inman 22-14. 

Cheney bounced back from their Week 1 loss to Holcomb by exacting some revenge – Cheney ended Holcomb’s season with a 23-20 win in overtime. 

Garden Plain improved to 9-1 with a 31-14 win over Beloit. 

Augusta upset Mulvane 35-20 to make it to their first quarterfinal in 20 seasons. 

Derby beat Junction City 21-7 to improve to 7-3.

Salina South improved to 3-7 with its 22-16 win over Liberal. The Cougars have won two straight games after winning one regular season game.
