Wichita Heights 48, Wichita Northwest 45 — After Northwest went on a 10-1 run to end the third quarter for a three-point lead, Heights opened the fourth with an 8-0 run for the 43-38. While Northwest didn’t score for the first six minutes of the period, they got within one with eight seconds to go.

Andale 57, Haven 56 OT — Andale overcame a nine-point deficit to get the win. Abbi Winter scored 17 for Andale. Haven’s Avery Brawner scored 30.

Andover 71, Arkansas City 12

Concordia 64, Abilene 28

Conway Springs 61, Rose Hill 30 — Macie Hartman and Lanie Hartman each scored 11 points as Conway Springs won its 10th straight.

Garden Plain 58, Medicine Lodge 39 — Karly Stuhlsatz scored 13 and Reese Stuhlsatz 12 in the win.

Maize 59, Valley Center 56 — Heidi Williams scored 39 for Maize.

Maize South 47, Salina South 20 — Jaela Thompson scored a game-high 28 points.

Mulvane 57, El Dorado 39 — Brittani Peschel scored 16, Kylie Schwanke 14 and Juliana Holman 10 in the Mulvane win.

SE-Saline 54, Clay Center 43

Sunrise 51, Circle 33 — Sunrise’s Sikic scored 19 in the win.

Wellington 60, Winfield 15 — Kirstyn Gregory scored 20, Lyndi Barton 16 and Dru Zeka 11 in the win. Gregory had 10 rebounds and Barton six, while Zeka had 5 assists.

Wichita Heights 77, Wichita Northwest 10 — Destiny Maze scored 20 points to lead Heights in the win as Aaliyah Waller finished with 17 and Aniyah Harris 11.
